Who will I be working with?
All clients work with a Sidestarter Guide who has extensive experience in the service they are providing. We do not believe in having a salesperson sell something and then another person fulfill it. The person you talk to will be the one doing the actual work, occasionally employing others as additional resources when needed, but you will have one main point of contact. This makes things far more effective and streamlined. All Sidestarter Guides go through extensive training, stay up to date on best practices in their area, and are excellent organizers to help you stay on track with what you are trying to achieve.

What happens if I need more help or want to do add on something to a project?
You can always add on more time or services for a project. We quote an initial base project that includes a scope and number of hours, but this can always be added to. We are very specific on the deliverables and your definition of success, so at every turn we take a fresh look at how this will help in exceeding your expectations on your return on investment. A lot of times our clients will keep things moving forward incrementally with semi-annual or quarterly calls, and will need/want to expedite things or make a big push at a certain point. We are always happy to help, and that’s the benefit of having worked with us along the way, your team is already in place.
